Back to school also means back to game night. Depending on where you live, sometimes this is the social outing of the week. When I was growing up, I would go to a lot of sports games and all my mom would do was throw on a top, a pair of jeans, some run down sneakers, a jacket and call it a day. “You have to be comfortable,” she would always say, and looking back on it, she wasn’t wrong. However, now that I’m of age and can dress myself (thank goodness) I’ve come to the conclusion that you don’t have to sacrifice your style or fashionability for comfort. Both concepts can live together and still be amicable (I know, crazy right?) Here are a few styles for curvy women that I know will get attention at any sporting event, while comfortability and aesthetic stay intact.

  1. Romp It Up!

No one likes to burn up when they see their favorite team trying to break a sweat. The best way to keep cool in times like these is to wear a fun romper. I would like to think that wearing a romper automatically gives someone three main features; comfort, coolness, and accentuality of your features. Heads will be sure to turn in this amazing one piece and having it in an eye-catching color is a bonus!

  1. Keep Track

Stay clean and classic with a simple tracksuit! While still keeping your effortless edge, you can maintain the perfect sports event aesthetic. A tracksuit is one of the most comfortable outfits you can wear any place, any time. Not to mention our matching hoodie and jogger pant set complements any and all curvy figures. So whether you’re lounging at home or yelling at the referee, a tracksuit is the definition of chic.

  1. Work It Out

A workout set is the epitome of athleticism and is perfect to wear to a basketball game, football game, or a track meet. By having a super light sports bra and form-fitting joggers on, you’ll have more time yelling in the stands and less time worrying about your outfit. You’ll be sexy without trying too hard, and if you want to get active, your fabric is breathable. Create a more edgy look by getting pieces that have interesting details like mesh and color-blocking elements. To create the ultimate look, try pairing it will some bomb sneakers and a nice jean or bomber jacket.

  1. We Will, We Will, BLOCK You!

Color-blocking never hurt anybody! Having a two-toned dress with bright and bold colors will sure enough catch the attention of many while you’re cheering on your favorite team. Also, try adding some cool elements to your dress like a turtleneck or slit to add a trendy and fashionable vibe. A dress like this could not only be worn sitting on the bleachers but also at a fun party or any other fun outing.

5.  Crop, Drop, and Roll!

Crop tops are staple pieces that belong in everyone’s closet and is the perfect piece to wear to a game. Dress it up with some cute heels or flats or dress it down with some comfortable sneakers, this piece is the poster child of versatility! Having a crop top that has a little bit of a twist like a hoodie or a raglan sleeve will be sure to make you the star of the show.
